Yibo woke up in his large room, but he doesn’t feel like waking up due to what happened last night. He was dumped, by his first love and former manager. He is confident; he knew that Xiao Zhan has been conscious around him lately and he took the chance but for some reason, he’s kind of expecting this as well.

 

 

“Damn it!” Yibo inwardly cursed and covered his eyes, he lost all his motivation to stand up. He doesn’t want to pressure his Zhan-ge as well, but he doesn’t want to give up. Before, he was already satisfied by checking if he’s doing well in life, but when he struggled due to money and needed a high paying job, he grabs the chance to offer him and gets close to him.

 

 

Originally, that’s the plan, but for the past three years with their actor-manager relationship, he got close to him more than expected, he tried to satiate his thirst by having flings with other since he is a coward who cannot directly approach his first love and decided to just provide him everything in guise of working as a manager, but he didn’t expect that the older man is a workaholic and almost dedicated his life more than he needed to, that’s why he fall for him more.

 

 

He wanted to support him, but he shouldn’t act as an obsessive person, however he cannot help it sometimes he’s always on his guard whenever someone’s approaching Xiao Zhan, he tried to denied his feelings as well and thinking that it might because Xiao Zhan was his savior and just trying to protect him in return, but love always comes into his mind, he wanted to blurted out how much he love him ever since he saw him in Chonqing, how bright his smile is, how angelic his voice and everything about him is lovely.

 

 

“I’m in mess, I should meet up with Seoungyoun.”

 

 

 

Xiao Zhan went to work as usual, he recalled what happened last night, after rejecting Yibo, the younger man froze while sitting on the floor and after calling him several times, Yibo just answered him, “I see, I’m tired, good night, Zhan-ge.”

 

To be honest, Xiao Zhan didn’t expect his reaction, he thought that he would get mad at him or will try to throw a fit, but he didn’t, Yibo just walked silently back to his room and left him in the living room without even looking back at him. He shouldn’t be dissatisfied with Yibo’s reaction but for some reason he’s kind of worried as well. Maybe he really underestimated Yibo when it comes to handling his emotions since he always acts as a spoiled brat and always tries to be cool.

 

 

He’s looking on his phone from time to time to check if he received a message from the younger actor but unfortunately, he didn’t receive any, got disappointed and mumbles to himself, “What am I expecting.”

 

 

 

“Zhan-ge? You keep looking on your phone, any problem?” Zhiguang said while clinging on his arm.

 

 

“Ah, no nothing, haha.”

 

 

“But Zhan-ge you shouldn’t forget what I said to you last time.”

 

 

“You said last time?”

 

 

“See, you forgot it already! I told you; you shouldn’t hang out with Yibo he has a partner already!”

“Haha, thank you Zhiguang, then, I will count on you in the future,” Xiao Zhan said while smiling back at Zhiguang and pats his head, while the younger member of Xnine stunned by the close look of his manager and his beautiful smile and thought that now he knew why his senior Yibo is overly protective at Xiao Zhan and always flirting with him.

 

 

 

 

Yibo met up with his friend in their usual bar, he wanted to drink but even drinking he lost his motivation and just slumped on the couch.

 

 

“So, are you just going to sit and play on your phone?” Seoungyoun asked, he is irritated by his friend, he called him there, but he just keeps on looking at his phone without looking to the others, he even forbids him to book an escort.

 

“I was dumped,” Yibo simply said while still playing on his phone, while Seoungyoun choked on his drink and cough.

 

 

“What?! Who’s that person I need to give that person a prize that even the great Wang Yibo got rejected! Ops, wait, it that’s just a normal escort, you wouldn’t act this way, don’t tell me you really confessed to Zhan-ge?!!” Seoungyoun said and Yibo just glared back at him.

“He called you puppy before,” Seoungyoun said.
