The next morning.

When Zhan woke up, he didn’t see Yibo.

He got out of bed and put on his coat. When he walked to the door and found that the door wasn’t tightly shut.

Yibo booked a suite, so the living room was just outside the bedroom.

Through the half-open door, Zhan saw Yibo sitting on the sofa, making a phone call.

Yibo deliberately lowered his voice, so Zhan only saw his mouth moving without knowing what he was saying,

Suddenly, Yibo seemed to notice something and looked over.

Then he caught Zhan eavesdropping behind the door.

Zhan opened the door and walked out.

Yibo didn’t hang up the phone. He took the kettle on the table and poured a cup of hot water for Zhan.

After Zhan took it, he withdrew his hand and continued talking on the phone.

There was a knock on the door.

Zhan glanced at Yibo and he(wy) said, “I ordered breakfast.”

Zhan went to open the door with a straight face.

The waiter pushed the dining cart in and placed the breakfast on the table, saying respect fully, “Sir, this is your breakfast. Have a nice meal!

“Thank you,” Zhan said.

As the waiter walked out, he followed him to close the door.

When they reached the door, the waiter suddenly turned around and said. “Mr. Zhan.”

Zhan looked up at the waiter in shock.

The waiter put a note in his hand and left quickly.

Zhan recovered himself from surprise and put the note into  his pocket.

When he turned around, he glanced at Yibo vigilantly.

Yibo just got off the phone and turned to look at him, “What’s wrong?”

“Nothing.” Zhan closed the door and walked to the dining table calmly.

Though he was curious about the content of the note, he didn’t dare to read it now.

While eating, he was a little absent-minded. To prevent Yibo from noticing his nervousness, Zhan lowered his head and kept eating.

After meal, he got up and went to the bathroom.

He locked the door and took out the note, with his eyes popping at the first glance.

On the note, “Do you want to escape?”

Followed by a sequence of letters and numbers, looking like a license plate of a car.

Moreover, the number was somewhat familiar to Zhan.

He read it twice and memorized the number. Then he threw the note into the toilet and flushed it away.

He opened the bathroom door and saw Yibo’s expressionless face.

Zhan looked up and said in a half-serious tone, “Yes, I studied it for a while and found that I couldn’t escape from the bathroom.”

Yibo face turned cold as he said, “It’s not good for you to anger me.”

Moreover, he felt a little happy when he saw Yibo’s angry face.

After breakfast, Yibo checked out and prepared to take Zhan back to the Beijing.

When they arrived at the hotel entrance, Yibo was talking with Bowen, while Zhan was looking at those cars parked in the parking space.

However, he didn’t see the license plate number written on the note.

What the hell was going on?

That car number was very familiar to me. In other words, the car owner knew me and my current situation.

Clearly, that person wanted to help me.

Now was the only chance for Zhan to get away from Yibo.

Once he got in Yibo’s car, he could only come back with him.

Suddenly, he saw a black car at a corner not far away.

The car retreated two meters back and then two meters forward.

It was the same as that written on the note.

He turned to look at Yibo, who was standing two meters away from him.

The driver didn’t answer Zhan, He only said, “Mr. Gu said that you knew him.”

Did he?

Zhan was indeed familiar with the license plate number.

However, he couldn’t recall whose it was.

Zhan pondered and went through all the people he knew in his mind. Suddenly, it occurred to him who the owner of the car was.

After knowing who was helping him, Zhan had mixed emotions.

Suddenly, the driver said, “I will stop at the intersection ahead, Mr. Zhan, you can get on the white car after you get off.”

Zhan narrowed his eyes and saw a white car parked by the roadside.

Then he was somewhat confused.

The person who helped him was someone Zhan did not want to get involved with.

But Yibo was following him behind. If Yibo chased up him, Zhan wouldn’t escape.

Zhan wanted to escape from Yibo. Moreover, Zhan disliked owing to someone who he didn’t want to contact, But clearly, the former was more attractive.

Thus, when the driver stopped, Zhan got off and got into the white car without hesitation.

The white car drove in the opposite direction. When Zhan turned around, he saw Yibo was still chasing after that car.

Zhan was stunned for a moment before he asked the driver, “Did we get rid of them?”

“Yes,” The driver who answered Zhan was still a stranger to him.

“Where’s Mr. Gu?”

The driver replied, “He is waiting for you at the airport.”

Zhan stopped asking any questions.

Then they changed cars one by one.

Whenever they changed one, the car would drive in the opposite direction.

Therefore, Yibo wouldn’t succeed in catching up with Zhan even if he noticed that Zhan wasn’t in the car they were chasing and changed a target.

Zhan changed so many cars halfway, and they were all heading towards different places. So, Yibo couldn’t find him.

Zhan was a little confused, and he thought that everything was unreal.

Could he get rid of Yibo like this?

It wasn’t until the car arrived at the airport that Zhan came to his senses.

He was about to open the door and get out when someone opened the door from outside.

Zhan looked up and saw a man’s smiling face.

The smile on Jason’s face subsided. Then he said seriously, “Yibo’s mansion was burnt down. There were rumors that you were killed in the fire. I didn’t believe it, so sent someone to follow Yibo.”

Those who followed Yibo informed Jason Zhan’s whereabouts.

Then Zhan said coldly, “What does it have to do with you whether I die or not?”

Jason took a step forward and smiled mischievously. “Of course, it has to do with me.”

He paused and added, “I will be heart-broken if you die.”

Zhan couldn’t tell whether he was joking or serious from his bantering tone.

Zhan only found it hard to connect the meticulous man in front with the cowardly and incompetent Jason in the past.

“I know you won’t believe me, but time will tell.” After Jason finished speaking, he took out two tickets, “It’s time for us to board.”

“Where are we going?”

“Go abroad.”

The radio was reminding that passengers of Zhan’s flight were about to be prohibited from boarding.

Then a middle-aged woman walked past Zhan.

Zhan was struck by a sudden thought. He glanced at Jason and suddenly reached out to grab the boarding pass from Jason’s hand. Meanwhile, Zhan touched that woman’s butt.

The middle-aged woman turned her head when she felt that touch.

Quickly, Zhan slapped Jason on the face, “You’re so dirty! How can you do that?”

Jason was confused and did not react at all, “What?”

Zhan turned around to look at that woman with hesitation, “I saw it. You just touched her…”

The middle-aged woman was a dangerous person.

Hearing Zhan’s words, she believed that Jason had just touched her butt.

Therefore, she reached out and pushed Jason, “Though you look gentle, why are you so shameless?”

Jason turned cold, “I didn’t.”

Then he understood Zhan’s purpose.

Zhan didn’t want him to get on the plane.

Jason sneered and was about to speak when he saw a few tall men walking toward him.

One of the tallest men asked Jason in a dialect, “Are you taking advantage of our Madam?”

Zhan was stunned. Was the middle-aged woman the wife of a certain “Boss”?

If Jason had no bodyguards with him, he would definitely lose the fight.

But Zhan couldn’t care about him.

Jason would at most be beaten up.

Therefore, Zhan silently said “I’m sorry” to Jason and left when he was surrounded by the bodyguards.

Zhan dashed to the boarding gate and boarded the plane.

Not long after he boarded the plane, the cabin door was closed.

Zhan’s seat wasn’t far from the door, and he had been paying attention to it. But he didn’t see Jason get on.

Only when the plane took off did Zhan get relaxed completely.

He turned his head and looked out of the window.

The plane passed through the clouds and was getting farther and farther away from the ground.

Zhan felt everything was unreal

Last night, he made up his mind to follow Yibo back. But he didn’t expect that he was already on a plane flying to another country.

After a while, a smile appeared on Zhan’s face.

Goodbye, Yibo.

Probably, Yibo never imagined that I could escape from him.

He must be so angry that he wanted to turn the whole city upside down.

Zhan stretched out his hand to cover his belly, and then he wore a bigger smile.

Soon, he would live with his baby alone.

In the airport entrance.

Yibo with his bodyguards get into the VIP aisle. When he found Jason, he was beaten the shit out.

Yibo grabbed Jason’s collar and asked in a hoarse and low voice, “Where’s Zhan?

Jason was beaten up and panted twice before he could see the person in front was Yibo.

He narrowed his eyes and smiled, “Zhan? He’s gone. For his sake, I gave him a false identity. You can’t find him.”

When it was said that Zhan had been burned to death, Jason plotted to create a fake identity for Zhan.

Just as Jason said, Zhan’s ticket was bought with a fake identity.

So, Bowen found nothing about Zhan after he investigated everything about that flight.

In the end, they could only return to ask Jason.

Yibo forced Jason to tell the fake identity he had given Zhan.

However, Zhan’s fake name was very popular. As for the ID card number, Jason could not recall it.
