Wang Yibo decided to update his douyin as marketing strategy of his team as instructed by his brother, Haikuan, since Xiao Zhan is gaining too much attention due to their previous variety show. However, instead of redirecting the traffic to Yibo, some of Zhan’s newly found fans are commenting on his post/ updates as well, thus, he decided to answer those fans.

 

Unbeknownst to him Xiao Zhan is reading those comments as well, and ask him for some advice if he’s going to answer those comments and some of them are sending him a private message but since he’s new to this, he was overwhelmed by the attention of those fans. He ran to Yibo’s room and asked him what to do, the young artist just got a bathe and has his bathrobe on but it wasn’t tied up so you can basically see the front part. However, due to urgency and panic, Zhan didn’t even notice this and continuously mumbling in front of Yibo while showing his phone.

 

“What should I do? I received tons of messages from them, they are good message and supports, it will be a bit unfair if I didn’t answer them.”

 

“Zhan-ge, what’s your work again?” Yibo asked while crossing his arms.

 

“Uhm, your manager”

 

“What do you usually do when I have scandal?”

 

“Uhm take down the post and advised you to ignore them?”

 

“Easy right, that’s why I told you that you don’t need those social media, you can just use our official page to update any news about me but that’s the job of our marketing team.”

 

“Oh right, you’re right, but is it better if I thank them as well? Since it’s basically your variety show.”

 

“You can do that, then ignore the comments.”

 

“Okay, thank you! Wow I’m really proud of you guys, how do you stay calm when you are in the spotlight.”

 

“Well, someone said to me that I was born to be a star.” Yibo said while smiling and reminiscing.

 

“Oh, what a coincidence! I used to say that to Talu as well!” Zhan said and Yibo just glared at him and before Yibo could speak, Xiao Zhan’s phone rang. “Hello?”

 

“Zhanzhan! I saw your vid with your ‘fans’ at the hotel, nice job! Hahaha you’re famous now!” Talu said excitedly.

 

“Ah that, I was overwhelmed by them, they also gave me a lot of gifts,” Zhan said while sitting on Yibo’s bed, it seems that he forgot that he’s at Yibo’s room. On the other hand, Yibo is observing him on the other side of the bed while his manager is having fun talking to his friend.

 

Without tidying his bath robe, he sneaks behind Xiao Zhan and hugs him possessively from behind while putting his chin on Xiao Zhan’s shoulder, while the older manager is already used on how clingy the younger actor when he’s drunk or if he’s in a good mood.

 

“Oh, my goodness, you scared me. Are you drunk?” He asked the younger actor while trying to look back, he cannot smell any alcohol on him but instead he smells good because he just came from bath.

 

“Mn” Yibo simply answered. “Who are you talking to Zhan-ge?” He asked even though he is fully aware who’s he talking to, he just wanted to get his manager’s attention and drop the call.

 

“Ah, I’m just talking to Talu.”

 

“Uhm Hi Yibo,” Talu said on the other line, obviously he can hear the two talking and somehow knew how close they are right now. He can hear Yibo’s voice near the phone, but Yibo just ignored him and continued snuggling on Xiao Zhan’s neck.

 

“You two are really close.” Talu said, of course Yibo heard this and smirked.

 

“Of course, Talu-ge, Zhan-ge is so squishy even though he’s thin, you can really feel how small his waist is and how fragrant he is.” Yibo said as he travel his one hand to Xiao Zhan’s waist and made him flinched. Yibo doesn’t want Xiao Zhan to prolong their conversation.

 

“Uhm, am I disturbing something Zhanzhan?” Talu said and thought what are they doing seriously? Who the heck describes their manager as such? And what’s with Talu-ge? He never calls me ge. He wanted to ask those things to Xiao Zhan but it seems impossible right now.

 

“Ahh no, don’t get the wrong idea! Aiyoo, this little kid is a bit clingy when he’s drunk or happy, despite of his cold appearance but he’s just really a cute child hahaha.” Zhan said while rubbing Yibo’s hair with his other hand.

 

“I see, I’ll just call you back then. Bye.”

 

“Bye, take care.” Zhan said as he dropped the call.

 

“Aiyoo Wang Yibo, we just met a few minutes ago and now you’re already drunk! Are you drinking while on the tub? It’s dangerous you know, what if you accidentally fall, and get a scar or break something. You are an actor you should take care of yourself.”

 

“But I am a man Zhan-ge”

 

“Aiyoo, even though you are a man you should at least take care of yourself, good thing that you are now wearing knee pads unlike before, you know how I panic when I saw you during that cypher battle in SDC, aiyoo this kid.” Zhan said like a nagging mother while crossing his arms.

 

“Why do you always say I’m a little kid, I’m not a kid though.”

 

“But you always act like one, look how clingy yo—-” Before Zhan could finish his sentence, Yibo pinned him on the bed in a flash.

 

“Yah! What are you doing,” Zhan angrily said while struggling to break free, he realized how strong the younger actor is and how embarrassing their position is.

 

“See Zhan-ge, Im not a kid.” Yibo teased him while Xiao Zhan was struggling. Xiao Zhan realized that something was off, even though Yibo had robe he could still see his body. He’s already used to see his topless body when they are at home, but the lower part is something that he did not expect, and kind of shy that he looked on that part.

 

“W-where’s your underwear?!”

 

“Oh, I think I forgot because someone barged in urgently into my room with his panic face and talked to someone without realizing that I’m not wearing underneath and without tying my robe?” Yibo sarcastically said while looking innocent.

 

“Aiya!” Zhan was really embarrassed with the current situation, Yibo’s right, he didn’t even noticed that the robe was not properly tied up, he just covers his flushed face with his hands, but Yibo can still see his red ears.

 

“Lao-wang, please forgive me, aiya, this is so embarrassing.”

 

“But Lao-Xiao, can you tell me if I’m still a ‘little’ kid?” Yibo whispered into his ear.

 

“No, no! You are grown up now so please let me go already.” Xiao Zhan said as he quickly realized Yibo’s nuances while still covering his face and giving a thumbs up.

 

That night Yibo triumphantly let him go and Xiao Zhan hurriedly went back to his unit. With a satisfied smile, Yibo closed his eyes while remembering his manager’s flushed face. “He’s really cute,” he mumbled.
