After Lan Wangji leaves, Wei Wuxian rubs his head and wrists.

 

His wrists , lips and upper half body are badly bruised and his head hurts because of Lan Wangji’s hold.

 

 

“He chuckled at himself and said this is just the beginning”.

 

 

He stood up from the bed, adjusted his clothes, and again went to the window and looking at the moon.

 

 

The moon shines so brightly with lots of star around it.

 

 

There was silence all around and he too was trying to calm himself.

 

 

He didn’t know how much time had passed and since when he was looking at the sky but there was no sleep in his eyes.

 

 

 

After many hours

 

 

It was 5 in the morning everyone started getting up from their sleep .

 

After a while two maid came into Wuxian’s room.

 

 

“Greeting royal consort”, called out the maid with her head bowed down to saw her respect.

 

Wuxian turn his attention towards the maid and nod his head in acknowledgement.

 

 

“my name is Liu Yi and her name is Liu Xi” we both are your personal maids from today the emperor sent us here to serve you.

 

 

Hmm….. wuxian nodded and went to take a bath When he came from his bath he was wearing his usual red and black clothes.

 

 

Royal consort Your majesty has invited you to the dining room for breakfast:- Liu Xi told wei wuxian

 

 

 

Wei Wuxian nodded as they left for the dining room.

 

The members of the imperial family were all present in the dining room.

 

 

Everyone looked at Wuxian in shock as they saw bruises on Wuxian’s neck and hands and his face was pale.

 

But none of them said anything to him.

 

 

Lan WangJi gestured him to take his seat and he ( Wuxian) sat down.

 

Everyone had breakfast.

 

”Although WuXian had not eaten anything all day yesterday, he still had no appetite. he ate very little food”.

 

 

“Lan Wangji notices everything but still doesn’t say anything”.

 

After having breakfast

 

Wu Xian stood up to leave and started leaving, then Wangji said in a loud voice, “I have not told you to leave yet”.

 

Wuxian had not spoken since the time he came,

WuXian turned back and stood calmly .

 

 

You haven’t apologized to uncle , lan qingyang and lan yao yet. Apologize to them for your behavior.

 

 

“I apologize to all of you for my behavior Having said this, Wu Xian bowed to them”.

 

 

 

“So you’ve got him under control your majesty….. I knew he could never refuse you” lan yao said with a smile.

 

Upon hearing this, WuXian stopped in his place and turned back, “I am not like you second consort who can be controlled by anyone”.

 

 

”I apologized to all of you for my behavior but none of you have apologized to me yet And I will remember this”. WuXian said sternly and he left.

 

 

 

WuXian returned to his room and He told Liu Xi that from now on no one should come to my room without asking, not even the emperor himself.

 

At night

At night,

 

Lan WangJi was on his way to WuXian’s room but Liu Xi and Liu Yi stopped him at the door:- “You can’t go inside your majesty”, Liu Xi bowed his head.

 

 

‘Have you forgotten who I am, how dare you stop me”, wangji said with a death glare.

 

 

I’m so sorry your majesty, but it’s Consort WuXian’s order that no one should be allowed inside without asking him, “not even you” Liu Yi told him.

 

 

 

“get out of my way right now” wangji shouted in a low voice, anger was clearly visible in his eyes, both the maids got scared and moved away from the door.

 

 

WuXian was asleep but woke up when he heard noises outside and he stood up to open the door.

 

 

Just then, Wangji, fuming with anger, came in and “slapped WuXian hard”.

 

Wuxian lost his balance and fell on the bed.

 

 

“How dare you stop me from coming to you”,

Wanagji asked holding his jaw.

 

 

”Have you forgotten that you are my wife or do I have to remind you” ……

 

 

“Leave me i am sleepy i have to sleep” Wuxian said with difficulty.

 

 

Wangji was shocked to hear that WuXian didn’t show his anger or yell at him even after he did so much.

 

 

Wangji left his jaw and started wondering what is going on in Wuxian’s mind, he is not one to sit still after all this.

 

 

He asked wuxian ,:-“what is going on in this little head of yours”.

 

 

Wuxian replied calmly “thinking of ways to kill you”.

 

Wangjie laughed out loud and said to WuXian “you think you can do it”.

 

WuXian smiled and looked into WangJi’s eyes and said, “I can do anything.”

 

At this moment, Wangjie noticed a strange gleam in WuXien’s eyes.

 

When he saw WuXian for the first time, he felt that these eyes can make anyone fall in love with him, and even today these eyes are making him restless.

 

The skin he had found that day absolutely fair and beautiful, today had the brusis made by him.

 

He forgot in his anger that the one whom he wanted to make his own, for whom he removed everyone from his way, he is keeping him away from himself.

 

 

Wangji was so lost in those eyes that he forgot everything.

 

“leave me now I’m tired” Wuxian’s voice brought him back to reality.

 

he left Wuxian but his restlessness was not leaving him.

 

 

He felt a little guilty and held Wei WuXian’s hand and made him sit on the bed.

 

he clapped and a servant came in :- “Go and get the ointment”, he ordered.

 

Liu Yi hastily brought the ointment Wangi gently held WuXian’s hand and applied ointment.

 

 

And told WuXian, next time don’t do anything to make me angry.

 

 

“There is no next time your majesty i assure you on this” WuXian said with a smirk He looked at Wuxian.

 

“Will you strip up your upper half so i can put ointment on your brusis” wangji asked but Wuxian “clutched his clothes tightly”.

 

 

“Don’t worry i ain’t doing anything unless you provoke me”, wangji said softly but a hint of warning.

 

Wei Wuxian stopped him midway and said “no its not needed i will do it myself”.

 

 

“I said take off your upper clothes” wangji ordered.

 

“And I also said that there is no need”. WuXian said sternly.

 

 

Then I do it myself and he removes WuXian’s clothes Wu Xian tried to push him away but he held both of Wu Xian’s wrists with one hand.

 

“Why are you making it hard for yourself do you really not acknowledge your fate”:- wangji said while wuxian struggled in his hold.

 

 

If you only had not intervened in my life wuxian whisper yelled.

 

 

“Had not i approach you in a proper manner you are the one who rejected it and insult my uncle” wangji said raising his voice.

 

 

 

“I didn’t insult your uncle, I just rejected your proposal and because of that rejection which your egoistic nature couldn’t take you dicided to make my life miserable” Wuxian also said with raising his voice.

 

 

I didn’t make your life miserable, you did it yourself, I want to make you my queen and an obedient wife.

 

 

“no it will never happen”.

 

 

I am just giving you some time to prepare yourself for me,But wuxian remember one thing, don’t try to provoke me.

 

”But you’ve already provoked me lan wangji. you made a mistake by taking away my happiness from me , And it’s my turn to take everything from you, Wuxian thought in his mind”.

 

 

Now sleep wangji tugged wuxian properly inside the blanket while he lay himself beside him he hugged wuxian who had his back face wangj.

 

 

WuXian was thinking that he never wanted a life like this And Wangji was thinking that he didn’t want WuXian this way.

 

He always wanted to keep WuXian as his obedient wife who would love only him, think only about him and give only him his first priority.

 

Both of them were engrossed in thinking, now don’t know whose wish will be fulfilled first.
