Jianmin got to the hospital immediately. When he was there, some doctors and nurses were checking Zhan.
As soon as meeting Jianmin, Zhan said, “Dad.”
Jianmin nodded and said, “Have more rest.” Then he asked the doctor, “How is my son?”
“He has some sequelae…. He lost a part of his memory as well as getting disorder in some other parts.” The doctor had a sigh, “We are not sure whether his memory will come back or not. However, if he is taken to some places he knew very well, it will be helpful.”
“He lost his memory?” Jianmin was badly annoyed at the result, “Do you remember what I said to you?”
“We tried our best to help him.” The doctor felt sorry to say, “But with the hurt on the head, he is so fortunate to be well in other aspects. The loss of memory will come back one day as long as you keep the patience to follow our treatment. He will be fine soon.”
Jianmin turned to look at Zhan and asked, “Zhan, which part do you forget?”
Zhan said, “Probably nothing. I cannot remember why I am staying in the hospital… No problem for anything else.”
Jianmin asked, “You had a car accident. Do you remember how you got an accident?”
Zhan shook his head.
Jianmin tried to ask more, “Who is your lover?”
“Of course, Zhou Lusi. I remember dad always stands with us. And we are going to be engaged…” Zhan did not understand why his father asked him this question, still answered seriously.
He remembered he loved Lusi so deeply that there was not possibility to forget her.
They fell in love with each other in university. How could he forget the loads of happiness they had together?
Lusi was the only one he would like to be with for his whole life.
However, he felt some of weird about the memory.
Zhan had a frown; he even failed to get a clear image of Zhou Lusi in his mind…..
All of sudden, he started to panic.
Had he lost some memory?
Jianmin was surprised by what Zhan said and soon got excited.
It was so accidental that Yibo had gone out of Zhan’ memory!
The doctor looked at Jianmin to say something, but Jianmin asked him first, “Anything wrong with my son?”
The doctor answered, “No. Only losing some memory…..”
Jianmin stopped doctor to continue, “It’s ok if he feels well. Have you finished the check?”
The doctor nodded and say, “Finished. We are leaving now. Feel free to have a talk with Xiao Zhan.”
Jianmin agreed. The doctor and nurses left the room consecutively and closed the door for them.
Jianmin had a seat on the chair beside the bed, “Zhan, you don’t lose memory. You are getting better and better. Just staying here for some days, you will be fine.”
Zhan said, “I see. Dad. I would like to see Lusi.”
Jianmin asked again, “You want to see Zhou Lusi?”
He had to confirm Zhan really forgot Yibo.
“Yeah.” Zhan answered.
“No problem. I will arrange it for you.” Jianmin stood up and say, “Have a good rest.”
Zhan watched his dad leaving the room and turned to look at the ceiling, only to feel something wrong.
What was the problem?
He thought he remembered everything in the past…

Jianmin walked out of the room and smiled.
God helped him!
Zhan really forgot Yibo; now in his memory, his lover of years was Lusi instead of the original Yibo.
At once, Jianmin call Lusi’s.
Lusi answered the call coldly, “Mr. Xiao, what can I do for you?”
Jianmin said, “Lusi, I hope you will consider marrying Zhan.”
“Mr. Xiao, we should not discuss it, Zhan himself told me he will not marry me, Does he love someone? I hate to be a third one to chase him with all my best.” Lusi said, “Unless he talked with me with great sincerity, I will consider it.”
Jianmin was happy to hear it and said, “Zhan had a car accident. He is better now but lost his part of memory. Besides, he forgot that man; he even believes you are the one he loved most in the past years. To me, I don’t like Yibo; I tried my best to ask him to leave Zhan, Lusi, only you are the best daughter-in-law of our Xiao family.”
Lusi was also happy with these flattering words, just pretending not to care about it, “Mr. Xiao, what will you do to let me believe you?”
“Believe it or not, just come to the hospital to meet Zhan,” Jianmin said, “Zhan said he was eager to meet you.”
After a second, Lusi promised to go, “Ok, I’ll meet him.”
She would like to see how much disorder Zhan had in his memory now.
She got hospital after half an hour.
Jianmin kept waiting for Lusi at the entrance, much joyful to see her, “Lusi, how are you?”
“Good. Thank you, Mr. Xiao.” Lusi answered politely.
Jianmin turned around to lead the way for her, “Follow me.”
At the door outside the room, Jianmin said to Lusi, “I know you are smart enough to cope with something surprising you.”
“Yes, I will.” Lusi nodded and opened the door to come in.
Zhan was sitting on the bed.
He smiled as soon as seeing Lusi and said, “Lusi, you are here….”
Lusi tried not to be too surprised and answered gently, “Yes, I come to see you. You were hurt so badly! I was on a business trip and just came back today.”
Zhan said, “Thank you for coming to see me.”
Now it could be seen from his eyes that he really cared about Lusi.
Lusi had to admitted that she still had chemistry with Zhan by the way he looked at her.
