Xiao Zhan thought that everything had settled down. Though he felt bad for hearing of news about Wang Yibo, fortunately he wanted to let go.
 
But what he didn’t expect was that he would know that Wang Yibo would be married so soon. 
 
The wedding took place seven days later.
 
What was more out of expectation was that in the afternoon, he got a phone call from the police office, tell him that his mother had been charged with the attempted murder!
 
Xiao Zhan hurried to his mother. 
 
Jingtong was terrified, crying, “Zhan, I did not kill anyone. Tell them!”
 
Mother got to this age but she had never been through anything like it before. Murder was something terrified her. She would never do that.
 
But she knew nothing about law, so she might be afraid that she would be killed to pay. Even though she just needed to stay in the prison, she would still be afraid.
 
Xiao Zhan knew his mother well. He stood up and said, “Sir, there must be some misunderstanding, my mom would never kill anyone…”
 
Before he finished talking. He saw Wang Yibo walked in with a dark suit. There was blood on his shirt, stunning.
 
Xiao Zhan was shocked, and looked at his mother. Did my mother go to find Wang Yibo?
 
“Mr. Wang.” The officer came up and filled him in with details.

By the time Xiao Zhan sobered up, Wang Yibo had left. He was panic and then ran out to find him.
 
“Wang Yibo!”
 
The man stopped walking, but he didn’t turn around. Xiao Zhan dragged Yibo’s shirt and said trembly, “There must be some misunderstanding. You know what my mom is like. She would not kill anyone…”
 
“Xiao Zhan.” Wang Yibo said coldly. He turned and looked at him.
 
He showed him the blood on his chest, saying, “These bloodstain can’t lie. If I could not get there in time, Qiu Zixuan  could have died.”
 
“No, this is impossible!” Xiao Zhan shook his head, saying, “It must be Qiu Zixuan. She set my mom up. It must be her!”
 
“Xiao Zhan!” Wang Yibo got irritated, saying, “Your mom did the wrong thing. You cannot frame Qiu Zixuan!”

“Xiao Zhan. If it was you, Would you frame an elder that you met for the first with you own face?”
 
Xiao Zhan was stunned, confused.
 
Wang Yibo paused for a while and said, “Qiu Zixuan’s face was destroyed.”
 
Her face was destroyed?
 
Xiao Zhan froze in situ, He could not react until he heard Wang Yibo left. 
 
Then he grabbed Yibo’s arm, begging, “Please let my mom go. She is old. She can’t be imprisoned. My dad had already left her. She cannot be imprisoned…”
 
“Xiao Zhan.” Wang Yibo touched Zhan’s cheeks with his warm fingers, saying. No emotion could be seen from his eyes.
 
“You pay when you do something wrong. You know me.”
 
Wang Yibo was famous for his putting the shoe on the right foot. But Xiao Zhan was so sad and hopeless and he only wanted to laugh.
 
My father or mother meant no different to him, just like the other business partners.
