YUE HUA ENTERTAINMENT is a Chinese record label and entertainment agency based in Beijing .

 

The company was founded in June 2009 by former “HUAYI BROTHERS” employee “DA HUA”.

 

“Yue hua is involved in television production and distribution , movie production, artist management and training, music and music video production, public relations and entertainment marketing”.

 

 

Yuehua entertainment had partnership with south Korean companies “Pledis entertainment, Starship entertainment and SM entertainment”.

 

 

 

“It is most known for being home to artists such as UNIQ, EVERGLOW, TEMPEST and co managing girl group WJSN with starship entertainment”.

 

 

Yue hua entertainment had 120.1 million shares available worldwide, the 12 million issued in Hong Kong are oversubscribed 28.6 times and those in other markets 1.3 times, said the Beijing-based agency, which will trade under the stock ticker ‘2306’.

 

About 60 percent of the proceeds will be go towards acquiring artists, Yuehua said, which has 80 artists on its books, including actor “WANG YIBO” and singer “Meng Meiqi” as well as a number of budding talents.

 

Yue hua entertainment which manages stars like WANG YIBO ,HAN GANG and MENG MEIQI officially launched its IPO (initially public offering) on the Hong Kong stocks exchange yesterday 19 January 2023

 

 

Yuehua, which is backed by e-commerce Alibaba Group Holding, first filed to go public in March last year and passed the bourse’s review in August. It was meant to float in September, but the company delayed the IPO due to subdued market conditions.

 

 

After a delay from its original September launch date last year shares of the artist management company opened HK$ 5.6 ( 0.72 US$) on the first day listing .

 

“The event is also coincided with the announcement that WANG YIBO is now one of the yuehua shareholder”.

 

 

Present for the listing ceremony today were two of Yuehuas big stars Wang yibo and Han geng who looked very smartly dressed formality in suits.

 

 

The “hidden Gems” who sum claims of Yue hua biggest contributors to the company’s bottom line was also introduced as a company shareholders.

 

• So it’s kinda make a sense that when it come to striking the ceremonial going typically reserved for new listing , it was Wang yibo who accompanied yuehua founder DA HUA on stage do so.

 

 

Other yuehua stars are present for the event are justin Huang minghao ,fello UNIQ bandmate Zhou yixuan Betty, Wu xuanyi and Bi wenjun.

 

 

When it came to renewing his contract with the company last year it was rumoured that yuehua supposedly offer him Very Generous terms to keep him. Perhaps it’s one of them?

 

Yibo new contract with yuehua will expires on 2026 and I’d say that this move was very strategic one tying him to the company specially when his career countinue on its present trajectory.
