Wang Yibo

He looked aimlessly at his office large glass window and was still shaken up by the morning fight….

He smiles… for some reasons he liked this version of Zhan it make him look more alive and strong… but the words… those damn words were enough to put a bullet in his heart.

Haikuan came and put some files and told him to review it.

”Hi Yibo what’s wrong..’

Yibo shake his head “Nothing you tell me… you haven’t gone home you were saying that today is Ann appointment date.”

Haikuan nods “Yeah I was about too… (he then looked at the estate agency pamphlets) so you were serious.”

Yibo nods “Dead serious… in a few days we might look for new houses… well its Zhan and Fei decision what they want.”

Haikuan looked disturbed “But it should be us… not you… it’s your mansion…”

Yibo raise his hand “Haikuan enough… I don’t want to discuss this further. And secondly, this house contains a lot of bad memories for Zhan… I need to take a fresh step.”

Then Xie Wu came and gives back the car keys to Yibo…

“Xie Wu did Zhan was ok during ride.”

Xie Wu professionally replied “Yes sir… he and miss Fei went to the park and nearby lakeside.”

Yibo realized Zhan loved lakeside; maybe he can start looking houses in the lakeside vicinity.

Xiao Zhan

Zhan spends his evening with Mr. Wang playing chess and talking aimlessly.

He looked for Fei and took her to her room.. Since no one was in home… he wanted to spend some time with his daughter

Fei told Zhan she like frozen movie a lot, so they decide to watch that one.

They were in the middle of the movie when Zhan felt someone else presence.

Fei excitedly said “daddy” she run to the main bedroom.

Zhan pause the movie and enter the main bedroom but Zhan was stun when he saw it was Carmen who was holding a gun pointing at Fei…

Zhan whole blood become white.

Zhan screamed Fei name “Fei comes here” Zhan took Fei arm and put her behind him.

Zhan looked at Carmen’s appearance and she was not ok… her hair was wild… her eyes were red… like she was in something.

Carmen then points the gun at him.

“You fucking bitch. I will kill you… I will kill your daughter too.. just like you did to my daughter…”

Zhan knew panicking at this time is not good….. he try to reason her.

“Carmen mam please put down the gun… please…. you know I didn’t do anything it was Hepeng.”

Carmen shouted like a mad women.

“Stop fucking lying… for years I was told it was you and your brother… I live with that believe… how can I be wrong… my stupid son falls for you and for that little brat for you so he believed everything and took you out of the hell.. why can’t you die… I fucking made sure you die.. but you have to make a mess in my family life… I will kill you… I will kill anything related to you.”

Zhan knew how deadly serious she was… he looked down on Fei.. Who was confused and scared… he needs to protect Fei first… he whispers “Fei go to the bathroom and lock the door now.”

But Fei was so scared “no mama… me want you.. no alone.”

Tears were falling from Zhan’s eyes and he saw how Carmen was keep on saying it was his fault Yifei is dead.

Zhan took the opportunity and holds tightly Fei and run to the closet room but Carmen saw them and she shoots the bullet that sound of the bullet made Zhan and Fei flinch.

Fei screamed but luckily the shot was missed.

Carmen screamed and run towards them “You bitch… Today it’s your last day.”

Zhan knows he doesn’t have a time.. He pushed Fei in the closet room and closes the door…

“Fei stay there and don’t you dare to come out.” Zhan told Fei.

Fei was crying behind the door.

And then Zhan felt the gun on his back.

“Turn around boy… I will put the bullet in your face… that face that made my son see nothing but you.”

Zhan winced but he slowly moves.

“Carmen mam.. don’t do this….. you know you are doing wrong.”

Carmen red eyes were burning with hate.

“No this is so right… because of you, my family is standing against me. I will kill you then I will get back my family.” Carmen said in a weird manner.

Zhan knew Carmen is not right from her mind.

Carmen load the gun again and put that on Zhan’s head and said “goodbye you bitch.”

Zhan closed his eyes and he knew this his last day…

And Carmen’s eyes were excited with the count of 1..2..3… boom!
