He was dead tired and when he enters his bedroom he decide to jump directly to bed without taking shower he dropped his coat and shoes on the floor and walked towards his bed…

Yibo was tense and confused as hell but he can’t deny Zhan touch he kissed him back and wiped his tears.
“Fuck…. I miss you so much… Zhan I can’t even tell you how I survived without you… those days without you were hell.”
Zhan kissed his cheeks. “sshh.. I’m here now… we are together now… that’s what matter that most.”
Yibo smiled and protectively held Zhan. “I won’t let you go I will keep you with me all the time.”

Yibo suddenly wake up from his dream and his whole body was covered in sweat and he was breathing loudly… that was a dream… just a dream… dream he has been looking For one year…
Fuck…he gets up from the bed and took a shower.
He still can’t fucking believe it has been one year one fucking year where he is living like a dead person and Zhan is still in jail.
He still can’t understand why he sees this kind of dream every day and why he feels guilty that he did something terrible…
He shook his head… he need to get out from the house now.
He walked toward his room to start looking for his things but he cant finds anything, fuck if Zhan was here his things were in his hand right now…. Yibo stop it… he scolds himself… just stop it…
He needs a fucking strong coffee… this fucking house staff know shit about his routine if Zhan was here he would have…
“Fucking stop it… you don’t need him he is not here and will never be here.” he yelled at himself.
After struggling to find his stuff he was finally ready….
He decides to stop by at his father wing Mr Wang condition is still the same but their relationship has been more restrained than previous year since Zhan has gone…
Mr. Wang still believes Zhan is innocent even all the evidence are against him.
But being the oldest son he will always make an effort… he walks toward his father room… and he heard his mom loud voice.
“You spoil brat… look what you did… where is your nanny… you really need to get punished this time.”

Yibo can’t hear this any more and he saw his mother was looking like she will kill anyone right now and then he saw Fei’s small two-year-old body leaning towards Mr Wang wheelchair and she was holding her grand dada hand and her tears were falling.
Yibo’s heart clenched when he saw her like this so scared and alone.
Yibo said. “What’s happening and why mom are you shouting like this.”
Carmen turned and said. “This good for nothing drop water on my floor… she always makes a mess… I don’t know why she always comes here.”
Mr. Wang said. “I… It.. ttt. told her to.. too be with me.”
Carmen shakes her head and Yibo replied. “Mom you do know it can get clean… it just water… and where’s her nanny.”
Carmen was about to replied when Fei nanny came with the glass of milk and give to Carmen…
“I’m sorry Mr Wang but Miss Fei she was complaining to be with her dada. I try to stop her but she runs away from me.”
Yibo said to Fei. “Fei do what your nanny and grandma say ok no more complaints.”
Fei looks more scared and nodes and softly said “Ok daddy”
Yibo winced whenever she said to him daddy… like it hit him on the fact that what a shitty dad he is to her.
Fei then slowly said “Bye dadda” Mr Wang smiled at her and kissed her cheeks.
Her nanny takes her and Yibo can see she looked scared when she holds her nanny hand and he doesn’t know why… maybe he is overanalyzing it…
Carmen sighs when she is gone. “Why can’t you put her in the boarding school….”
Yibo rubbed his forehead, “Mom we already had a discussion on this.”
Yibo walked towards his dad and kneel down “How are you dad.”

When he was in the office he was working on his project when he saw Haikuan coming with food.
He looks at the time and does not realize it was already lunchtime.
Yibo said “I didn’t realize it’s lunchtime.”
Haikuan shake his head. “because you are super workaholic brother… now leave this have some.”
Yibo took his pack and start eating.
Haikuan then said. “Tomorrow is Aimer birthday so I might take hold day leave… mom has already started preparing for the party tomorrow although I told her to keep it.”
Yibo stops in the midway and feels sad for Fei it was also her birthday.
Haikuan also feel the tension.
“Shit dude I’m sorry I didn’t mean that. I’m sorry, Fei of course it’s her birthday too, I will make sure to bring two cakes.”
Yibo shakes his head in giving him a sad smile. “Don’t… mom will be angry, let mom do anything she wants… Fei will be fine.”
Haikuan then said. “So have you talked to a lawyer about divorce.”
Yibo sighs. “You know I did and if Fei was not involved Zhan and I have got the divorce easily, since his lawyer Jiyang already plead that custody should be given only to Zhan it makes it messy maybe after his release.”
Haikuan raised his eyebrows. “But it will be like in 5 years….. why you want to bound yourself… surely one day you will find someone to spend your life.”

Haikuan nodes but still he was concerned.
After the lunch Yibo start working again and then his phone ring it was from PR department ‘yes’ Yibo replied.
PR officer told him. “sir we get the call from central prison it was your wife he was telling us he wanted to see his daughter if you want we can forward the call recording and you can decide what you want.”
Yibo was quiet for a moment…. Zhan… he called… “ok transfer it.”
He waited for call to be transfer…
He kept his promise when he told Zhan he will let Fei meet him, but Carmen think it will not him move forward like this if he still connect with Zhan so she told him that she will let Fei go and meet Zhan.
But if Zhan has called his office then it can be something else..
He waited then he heard Zhan’s voice.
“Hello, this is me, Zhan. I wanted to see my daughter… tomorrow it’s her birthday and I want some time with her… please let me meet her… its almost a year I haven’t seen her plz…”
Zhan was crying and Yibo drops the phone… fuck he still can’t listen to Zhan’s voice and not feel something…
But Yibo was also confused what Zhan meant he hasn’t seen Fei more than a year.
Carmen told him that every month Fei went with her nanny to meet Zhan, what’s this all about.

Fei look stand in the corner and see the beautiful pink color ribbons and table in the garden she pout and think why they are here…
She wanted to touch them but she was scared grandma will get angry with her again and will hurt her she still remember when grandma held her arm so tight that it hurts her alot… but she never told anyone she knows she will be punished again..
She saw her nanny coming towards her with a bad face.
“Hi you spoil girl.” she also holds her arm and shakes her so bad that Fei feel her arm will fall out. “the stupid girl if ever saw you… if I lost my job because of you I will throw you from the window…” she yelled.
Fei tears were falling and she scaredly replied. “sorry…. plesh.. you are hitting me.”
The nanny was about to hit her when she saw Haikuan coming with some gifts she stops and changes her expression.
“Oh Miss Fei don’t cry… you will also get the birthday… come.”
Haikuan stop and saw what was happening. “Hi what’s wrong.” he softens his expression when he saw Fei.
Fei looks down and shakes her head.
Haikuan smiled and told the nanny to take these gifts and put them inside.
The nanny nodes.
Haikuan kneel down. “hi…so I got this for you.” he takes out the chocolate and gives it to her.
Fei like uncle Haikuan and she smiled “Tankyou.” she shyly took the chocolate.
Haikuan smiled too. “It’s thank you but you are welcome.”
Then Haikuan stand and saw Ann and his toddler baby girl who was excitedly saying “dada, dada..”
Ann smiled and Fei saw how uncle Haikuan was happy when he picked Aimer and kissed her.
Fei thought innocently that her daddy never kissed her nor he looks happy.. maybe he was waiting for her to call him like Aimer called uncle Haikuan.
Aunty Ann said to uncle Haikuan “she was waiting for you… she knows tomorrow is her birthday party and she kept saying dadda… dora.. dada dora…. like Dora doll she will get.”
Uncle Haikuan laughed. “Hahahahah and she was right I got the biggest Dora but my princess will get that tomorrow.”
Fei thought, she also like that Dora doll but she never got one… she hardly have any toys she will tell his dada to get her one… but he can’t walk… she thought sadly.
She saw they left and she was alone.
She was hungry too so she quickly opens the chocolate and eats the sweet… she eats it quickly knowing her grandma will take it to from her.
She put her hair away from her face and she wishes she has a mama and daddy just like Aimer has, then everybody will love her.

He screamed and he woke up from a dream that he has been seeing from many years it was the same Yibo hitting him…
His Fei crying… she is dying… oh god he wiped his sweat and looked at his cell where he saw his roommate who looks little disturb from his scream.
Boashan said in a bored tone “why you keep having these nightmares.”
Zhan shrugs. “I don’t know!”
Boashan said. “I first thought it was the prison making you losing your shit at night… then you lost your father I blamed on that… but now I think it’s something else… was you abused in your in-laws home?”
Zhan was shocked how he know about this it was true he lost his father 7 months ago it was a painful moment for him… he cried a lot when he heard the news… he was not allowed to see his body… but when he got his father apology letter… he lost it and he cried for days but he truly forgive him..
But abuse… this word always makes him sick and makes him go back to those days when he was beaten like a rag doll.
He doesn’t reply but Boashan got his answer.
“You know boy I was beaten by my husband he used to bring men and made me their plaything but I become strong for my children and knows I won’t make that faith for them so I killed him knowing I will go to prison but I know my children got to live with my brother and in a good household and education, so I don’t regret it or make my past to make me fall so you better get strong… because this place is not looking for a week person.”
Zhan gives him an understanding look somehow Boashan words touch him… he was right… he has to be strong…he remembers he still not got the confirmation he will meet his daughter or not like a previous year…. Yibo broke his promise that made Zhan more angry on him…. Cheng was right how he can believe him.
Tomorrow it’s Fei birthday and he wants to spend some time with her but Yibo lied to him.
He was in his thoughts that his cell room opened and he saw the jailer with a smirk faced.
“Come little mice, you need to clean all the bathrooms and gym area… alone!”
Zhan stands and he still can’t understand why the jailer hates him so much he didn’t do anything to him… but he is sure Wangs are involved in this to make his life hell…
