2 months later

Zhan ignored Yibo like he decided to do before and they rarely looked at each other. Specially Zhan don’t spare a single glance on Yibo. He talks to Yubin happily in front of Yibo and Yibo hates it.

Zhan made so many friends, and so many other people are dying to become his friend because of his beautiful face and lovely nature. Everyone likes him because he doesn’t do anything for show off. He don’t pretend to be nice to everyone. They realised that Zhan is not a very nice and innocent guy like he looks. And they love his carefree nature.

Yang Zi his new friend proposed him 2 days ago, and Zhan doesn’t have feelings for her but he said he needs some time to think about it.

On the other hand, Yibo doesn’t talk much and ignore everyone. He is always surrounded by so many beautiful girls and he doesn’t even know their names. He just ignored them and mind his own business. Few boys tried to talk to him but Yibo didn’t show any interest in them.

He always stays with his cousin, wang Haoxuan and his best friend Song Jiyang. Haoxuan is a son of University’s director.

Wang Yibo was noticing how easily Zhan can make friends and it always reminds him the past. Yibo wants to bother Zhan but he was guilty for punching him without any reason. His heart ached when he saw those tears in his eyes, and f*ck it was because of Yibo.

Yibo gave him space that zhan was asking for. But whenever he saw Zhan with someone he feel urge to go there and snatched his Zhan away from them and hide him where no one can find him. Wait – what? Why the hell he wants to do that? He always ask this to himself. Maybe he miss Zhan and want him to talk to Yibo only.

Wang Yibo was eating his lunch with Haoxuan and Jiyang in a cafeteria. Then Yibo saw Zhan and his friends were coming toward their table and started sitting with them.

Cheng, Zhan’s friend knows Haoxuan and Jiyang and that’s why they always encounter with each other daily.

Yubin : “Hi Yibo !”

He said with his smile but yibo just nodded and started looking on his plate as Zhan was sitting in front of him.

Haoxuan : ” Zhan you have so many friends, I’m really jealous of you.”

He said in his teasing voice and Yibo glared at him. Haoxuan is smart and very good at observing someone. He knows Yibo don’t like Zhan’s friend because he is jealous.

Zhan : “Ahh you have more friends, whenever i saw you, you guys were always surrounded by so many girls .. I couldn’t even count ”

He said with sarcastic smile while looking at Yibo who was glaring at Zhan now. Everyone felt tension between them and Ziyi cleared her throat and asked Zhan.

Ziyi : Zhan where is Yang Zi ? I haven’t seen her today.

Zhan immediately looked away replied while eating his lunch.

Zhan : “She wasn’t feeling well so she left early. She must be in a dorm. Oh yeah she hasn’t eaten anything. So, can you bring something for her?”

Yibo tightened his grip on his chopsticks when he heard that. He was controlling himself from reacting on it.

Haoxuan : ” Wow you care about her so much. She must be your special friend that’s why she told you before leaving, even her roommate didn’t know about her.”

He teased Yibo more, and Zhan wasn’t realising why Haoxuan was saying those things but he smiled proudly.

Cheng : ” Not only special friend, but she likes him.”

Everyone on the table got shocked after listening and smiled with curiosity except Yibo.

Yubin : ” Yeah she even proposed him 2 days ago ”

Yibo’s chopsticks fell from his hand and only Zhan noticed it, as everyone was shocked from the sudden news. Yibo looked at Zhan and asked

Yibo : ” What did you reply to her?”

Everyone become more shocked when they heard him. It was more shocking than Proposal news. Zhan was shocked too. After the whole two months he talked to Zhan and asked something but Zhan being Zhan. He smirked cockily and asked..

Zhan : “Why do you want to know about it ?”

Yibo glared at him and clenched his jaw and Zhan was smirking in satisfaction. To be honest, he was kind of happy that Yibo talked to him again. He missed their small fight, silly arguments and revenge game. He was feeling bored all these times because he can’t behave like ‘that’ with anyone except Yibo. They hate each other. But their weird relationship was kind of special for both of them. Everyone became awkward after seeing the tension between them.

Yubin : (cough) “He said he needs some time to think about it ”

They both looked away and everyone sighed in relief. Yibo was still clenching his jaw and he doesn’t know why this news is bothering him this much.

Jiyang : ” Yibo do you like…. Yang zi?”

Zhan widened his eyes when he heard that. He immediately looked at Yibo and started observing his face.

Yibo : ” I’m done ”

He ignored that question and left them there to eat. Zhan pouted and saw he didn’t even eat a single bite in front of him.

Zhan enters in his room and saw Yibo was continuously typing something on his laptop. Yibo didn’t noticed him and Zhan went toward him and stood behind his chair and made weird face when he saw Yibo was typing something which normal humans cant understand.

Zhan : “What the f*ck are you writing? Are you going to send this to your alien friends?”

Yibo immediately closed his laptop and turned around just to glared Zhan.

Yibo : “Its not your business ”

Zhan rolled his eyes and placed a small food package on Yibo’s table and said.

Zhan : ” umm… Eat this,… you left without eating anything. And yeah, Haoxuan gave this to me and told me give this to you.”

Yibo nodded without saying anything and Zhan went toward his bed and laid down there.

Yibo grabbed his phone and send (“thank you for food” ) to Haoxuan.. And within a minute he received reply from him.

TEXT

(Huoxuan : oh so he said i gave it to him? No yibo Zhan bought it for you. You think he don’t care about you but he does. He barely talks after you left and was continuously staring at your seat)

Yibo immediately felt sudden rush of happiness. But then furrowed in confusion and typed

TEXT

(Yibo : “Okay but why are you telling me this? It does not matter to me what he was doing, or if he was missing me or not )

(Haoxuan : “You are not realising but everything related to Zhan bothers you and it matter to you so much. You are not like others Yibo, you can’t forget Zhan and your past days. I never interfered before because everything was healthy but nowadays, Zhan is really effecting you. It will be good if you accept this fact soon. I just want to see you guys happy)

(Yibo : ” Everything is fine. You don’t have to worry about me or Zhan)

He kept his phone on the table and looked at Zhan who was staring at the ceiling. Yibo started remembering that day when their fight begins.

Flashback

12 year Yibo was dragging 12 years old Zhan forcefully. Zhan was screaming at Yibo but he was just laughing and keep dragging him.

He Stopped in front of a small river which was near to their house area.

Zhan : ” Yibo i won’t do it. I’m scared of pools, river or ocean ”

Yibo giggled and said while grabbing his shoulders.

Yibo : ” I will be with you Zhan. Why are you scared. You know i really want to learn swimming.”

Zhan : ” Then go learn ! But spare my life”

Yibo : ” I won’t do it without you.. please Zhan, you will love it.. We do everything together. I don’t want to learn anything or do anything without you. ”

Zhan : “Yibo i can’t… I’m scared of water.”

Yibo smiled innocently.

Yibo : “That’s why i brought you here today. Let’s sit down and drip our legs in water. ”

Zhan : ” NO!! I’m going. ”

Yibo : ” please zhan !.”

He ignored him and turned around to leave but Yibo grabbed his wrist but Zhan immediately snatched his wrist back and accidently pushed yibo and he fell into the water.

Yibo screamed and started struggling in water to keep himself up but he didn’t know how to swim. He saw Zhan got scared and ran away from there. Luckily some people saw him and saved him from dying. He coughing when he saw zhan came back to him , he looked so much worried and he was crying too.

Zhan : ” Yibo are you — are you okay? I’m sorry, i didn’t mean–

Yibo immediately pushed him and said

Yibo : Its over between us.. Don’t talk to me again ”

His tear fell from his eyes when he said that. He wasn’t angry because he pushed him. He knows he didn’t mean to push him. But he was angry because he left him alone .

After that Zhan tried to talk to him but Yibo wasn’t ready to listen him. And after some period Zhan realised yibo don’t need him any more so he stopped putting efforts and made more new friends which made yibo hate him truly.

Present

Zhan realised Yibo was looking at him so he turned his face toward him and asked with seriousness.

Zhan : “Do you really like Yang Zi?”

Yibo didn’t reply but he was staring at Zhan. Yibo rarely sees zhan’s serious face and it was bothering him. ‘Is he serious about YangZi? Is he going to say yes to her?’ Yibo was continuously thinking this type of questions.

Yibo : ” Will you refused her if I say yes? ”

Zhan widened his eyes and asked.

Zhan : ” You like her!? ”

Yibo rolled his eyes and replied with so much annoyance.

Yibo : ” No i won’t like someone like Yang Zi. My standards aren’t low like you.”

It made zhan angry, ‘ Did he just insult me?’ Zhan thought and replied.

Zhan : ” Excuse me? What do you mean by that. Yang Zi is a nice girl, beautiful, cute, and Sexy. She’s got everything a guy wants in a girlfriend. And why are you saying my standards are low.? ”

Yibo clenched his jaw and scoffed in disbelief. He was getting angry as Zhan was praising her in front of him.

Yibo : ” So you like her ? Why don’t you say yes to her. ”

Zhan furrowed in confusion.

Zhan : ” When did i say i like her.. I was just saying she is a nice girl. And by the way, why are you showing interest in my love life? Are you jealous that i get proposal before you? Is it hurting your ego? ”

Zhan asked while getting up with his smirk. Yibo scoffed and replied..

Yibo : ” I didn’t even count how many girls proposed me today. And i don’t even know their names and can’t remember their faces.”

Zhan’s smirk vanished and he immediately looked away while poking his tongue in his inner cheek.

It hurts Zhan’s ego and he replied.

Zhan : ” Well, its good if you don’t like her. I was planning to make her girlfriend. Even though I don’t have feelings for her yet but i know it will develop after some period .”

He lied because he never thought of making Yangzi as his gf but at that time he wants to say that to see yibo’s reaction..

Unfortunately, Yubin ruined everything. He entered in a room and Yibo turned back to typed something on his laptop. Zhan sighed in frustration.

Yubin : “Are you feeling good now?. You looked weird in a cafeteria ”

Zhan rolled his eyes in annoyance and replied sarcastically.

Zhan :” Yeah .. Thanks to you. I’m feeling much better than before. Sometimes you makes my day. ”

Yubin looked at him with his confused face and said.

Yubin : thanks?

Yibo got up from his seat and went outside the room

At Bar

Yibo was sitting with Haoxuan. He was drinking continuously and talking about Zhan. Zhan this …Zhan that…

Haoxuan smirked while sipping his drink and listening to him.

When he saw he passed out he called Zhan and after few rings he picked it up.

Zhan : “Hello? Is yibo with you? He is not here. He is missing from the evening ”

Haoxuan smirked as he didn’t even said a single word and heard zhan’s worried voice.

Haoxuan : ” Zhan actually yibo is drunk and I can’t send him dorm alone. You know he is quite heavy. Can you come here and help me?”

He waited for his reply and then he heard..

Zhan :” Send me your location ”

He cut the call and 20 minutes later he saw zhan was searching for him. He waved his hand and zhan came toward him.

Zhan : wow! He was here when I was getting worried.. I mean his parents..

Hauxuan chuckled and thanked him for coming here. Zhan grabbed yibo’s arm and placed it on his shoulders without doing any formalities.

Haoxuan : “let me help you”

He nodded and they both managed to bring him inside Haoxuan’s car. Zhan sat down beside Yibo and saw Haoxuan closed the door and said to driver to Send them back to their dorm.

Haoxuan : ” Zhan, I can’t come with you that’s why I called you. I still have some unfinished business here.”

Zhan nodded in understanding and they left.

Zhan was staring at Yibo, who mumbling some alien language and zhan chuckled while looking at him.

Suddenly yibo grabbed zhan waist and pulled him closer while hugging him. Zhan widened his eyes and his heart skipped a beat. Yibo placed his left knee between zhan’s leg and rubbed his specific part.

Zhan couldn’t control himself from moaning but immediately closed his mouth when he realised driver was looking at them.

He tried to remove yibo’s arm but yibo pulled him closer and he hissed again because of friction.

Yibo : “Don’t leave me Zhan. I’m scared ”

Zhan froze when he heard that….

He looked at him and saw a tear was rolling down on his nose. Zhan immediately hugged him back tightly and replied.

Zhan : ” I’m here. I never left. I’m here Yibo”

After waking up he felt slight headache and found himself on his dorm, in his own bed.

Yibo : “ah! F*ck It hurts”

He got up from his bed and went inside the bathroom to do his morning routine.

He decided to not attend today’s lecture because he wasn’t feeling well. He came out of the bathroom and found no one there. Zhan and Yubin left for their class. He went towards his table and saw a small bottle with a note.

He sighed and drink that bottle. He knows Zhan’s hand writing and he wasn’t the one who wote this note.

He text Haoxuan to meet him Outside the campus.

On the other hand Zhan was walking beside the Yubin. Yubin was giving him looks but Zhan was avoiding eye contact with him.

Yubin : “Bro? Do you really hate him?”

Zhan clicked his tongue and stopped in his track making yubin stopped too.

Zhan :”Aaiyya!! i told you so many times. I did that because of humanity”

Few minutes ago

Zhan was forcing Yubin to grab a pen. Zhan kept the bottle on yibo’s table and Forced yubin to grab it.

Yubin : ” Bro why are you making me write this.? He will feel weird. We don’t even talk that much.”

He whispered because Yibo was in bathroom. Zhan shown him his pleading eyes and requested.

Zhan :” He knows my hand writing please write it. Or he won’t drink. He is having headache… Uh? Please? ”

Yubin shook his in disbelief and started writing that note. Zhan smiled happily and stick that note on that bottle.

Zhan :” Let’s go. We are getting late.”

He said to yubin with his huge smile and they both went out.

Present

Yubin : ” I thought you were enemies but i was wrong. On your first day, you were talking like you really hate him but reality is something else. You care about him so much.. And you know it right? ”

Zhan sighed, and thought ‘it doesn’t matter if i care about him or not, nothing will change the situation between them’.

Zhan :” Care my as&.. You are making me late for lecture. ”

Yubin widened eyes and exclaimed.

Yubin : ” ME!?”

Zhan :” Yes you! Let’s go now”

In a cafe

Haoxuan : ” Yes It was Zhan who took you to your dorm. He was so worried about you and came to me as he was looking for you”

Yibo furrowed eyebrows but his lips were showing slight happiness. His heart skipped a beat when he heard that.

Yibo :” Are you serious!? ”

He asked while smiling and Haoxuan widened his eyes in a shock. After so long he saw him smiling like this.

Haoxuan : ” Wow! Yibo you are smiling. Are you that happy? ”

Yibo immediately hide his smile and gave him his usual cold expression.

Haoxuan :” Yibo do you like Zhan !? In THAT way? ”

Yibo widened his eyes and immediately placed his cup on the table with the thud voice but his heart was beating too fast. He doesn’t know why his hands started sweating and legs shaking when Haoxuan asked this question.

Yibo : ” What the hell are you saying? I’m a guy .. He is a guy.. How can i li—”

Haoxuan shook his head in disbelief and sighed before speaking.

Haoxuan :” Its not about if you are straight guy or not. Its about your feelings yibo. They say ” Love is love” you know it right? And to be honest i also like a GUY… no i love him.”

Yibo widened his eyes when he heard that.

Yibo : “Don’t tell me, is he Jiyang? ”

Haoxuan smirked and tilted his head before nodding.

Yibo : ” He knows it? ”

Haoxuan :” Not yet and I’m planning to tell him soon. Leave my topic, do you like Zhan!? ”

Yibo looked around to avoid eye contact and started biting his lips in nervousness.

Yibo :” I don’t think I like him? ”

Haoxuan chuckled at him and started sipping his coffee.

Haoxuan : “You are not sure about your own feeling. Think calmly, take your time. I know you are scared and this is new for you. But if you like him and you want to stay with him, you find peace in your heart whenever he is with you and you miss him, wants to talk to him, feel jealous when you see someone with him then F*ck this world and so called society. Be honest with yourself and your feelings.”

Yibo’s heart was responding to each and every word of Haoxuan. He scratched the back of his head and pouted in confusion.

Yibo :” Is it okay to be –Ga– gay.? What if people and you guys fine me weird? ”

Haoxuan : ” Do you find me weird after knowing my secret ?”

Yibo :” Hell NO! ”

Haoxuan :” see there is nothing wrong with being gay or Bisexual. If you want someone to accept the real you, first you have to accept yourself and your feelings. No one really cares about anyones life, So don’t hide your feelings because of society and people ”

Yibo nodded as he started feeling better after listening him. But his heart was becoming crazy just with the thought ‘ is he like zhan’ ?

Yibo :” What should I do to find E out about myself?! ”

Haoxuan : ” i don’t know but I’m sure you will find out about your feelings soon. Oh yeah! YangZi proposed him right? I heard Zhan said yes to her. ”

Yibo’s face darkened When he heard that….

Without realising he said loudly

Yibo :” Oh really? I think I have to do something ”
