Haikuan felt his whole body was numb… he can’t blink his eyes…
The things he is seeing in the video was not only boiling his blood but also putting him in the grave of guilt that he and his family have created when they ruin Zhan life.
He can’t watch it… he stops the video and closes his eyes… one teardrop falls from his eye. “Fuck… it’s (he shakes his head) what we did, oh god.”
“I just lost the most beautiful thing in my life.” Yibo said in a painful manner.
Haikuan look at his brother… whose head was down and has a dead and broken expression that made him winced.
He walks towards Yibo and put his hand on his shoulder.
Yibo looks up with tears in his eyes.
“I ruined him… i fucking destroy him for something he never did… he was innocent all the time… fuck his brother Xiaojun was also innocent. How (Yibo grab Haikuan shoulder) how can we wrong… how we can miss this.” he yelled.
Haikuan closed his eyes… he can’t see his brother raw pain, He has seen Yibo angry, sad, even happy too… but never this guilty, the pain he can see in Yibo eyes made him more guilty because he himself was never a saint but in opposite he enjoyed a lot when he sees Zhan suffer, whenever Zhan was punished… he liked it cause it made him think Yifei will be happy that’s why he always see and never stop…
Fuck he remember those days when he use to look down on him… degrade him… made Ann to never be friend with him… but all this time Zhan never said anything to her…
Haikuan sighs and said in guilt. “I don’t know how we can be wrong. That fucking Hepeng was really good in hiding the evidence.”
But Yibo shake his head and punched his chest.
“Or maybe we have already decided it was indeed Zhan and Xiaojun so we never put our focus on other things (Yibo sit down tiredly) I can’t…. Haikuan I can’t live with this pain….. this guilt will kill me… the things I did with him… those sadistic punishment I have given him…. the way I used to degrade him and let everyone in this family degrade him daily… and that abuse and scars that I have given him…. I’m so ashamed, I even did those things with him that I can’t even tell anyone not even you… because not only it kills me but also take me back to those days…. I’m not better than animal Hepeng who hurt Yifei.”
Yibo put both his hand in his face.
Haikuan can’t see his brother pain. “Yibo like you, I’m also responsible. I also hurt him immensely, I treated him worse than an animal… just…..
Yibo shouted. “but you never physically and emotionally hurt him beyond that put his life in threat. I’m that fucking bastard.”
Yibo stand. “I will… I will go to the police and confess everything… I can’t live in such guilt it’s breaking me inside out… I can’t….. as soon I’m done with this bastard Hepeng I will tell everything.”
Haikuan was quiet but when he realized how serious Yibo was… Haikuan holds Yibo’s arm.
“No brother no… you won’t do anything. Our anger has already put us in this situation… no more and I think Cheng has already settled that bastard in jail and about going to police you won’t go alone I will also go with you… I also…..”
Yibo remove his arm. “No I will… you won’t.”
Haikuan try to stop him and said. “Just leave this to Zhan… you guys need to talk first… fuck i also want to talk… and more importantly think about Fei… you and her finally together… don’t do this to that innocent child.. you have already taken her mother now don’t take her father.”
By Fei name Haikuan saw how Yibo’s eyes were filled with tears and he put his hand on his head…
Haikuan go to him and hug him. “Brother im with you… you are not alone in this guilt.”

(In The Court Room)
“So Mr Hepeng do you confess that you abducted Wang Yifei on 12 dec night and also sexually assaulted her.”
Yibo clanged his fist., he wanted to kill this bastard by his bare hand…
Yibo can see Cheng was also looking at Hepeng in anger.
Hepeng do not say anything… Yibo was more furious why the fuck he is not saying anything all the evidence and witness statement has been shown, even jury members were looking at Hepeng in hate and disgust.
The lawyer said again “Do you confess Mr Hepeng… you cant lie anymore all the evidence are in front of everyone…. everyone knows you are the main culprit, not Xiao Zhan.”
Yibo flinched and also saw Cheng hateful glare on him.
Yibo guilt was getting more when Cheng stare told him that he made a biggest mistake of his life.
Hepeng nervously said. “Yes I confess…I kidnapped Yifei, then raped her and then try to kill her. Xiao Zhan and Xiaojun has nothing to do with Wang Yifei death.”
Yibo was trying to control his anger.
Lawyer then said again “than why you did this and why you put this blame on Xiao Zhan and his brother Xiaojun.”
Hepeng gulped… “I… i never wanted to hurt Yifei….. and that night i wanted to have Zhan… and no one….. i always liked him… but he never look at me once… and Xiaojun he also made sure that never of his friend and especially me get near Zhan… for me he became an obsession…. so when he came on that night… i found the perfect time and give the waitress some money to drugged Zhan… but i didn’t know that that drugged milk was given to Yifei…. I knew afterward when Zhan was gone home… I got angry… I was…. i was sexually frustrated that why she is so hard to get….. then I saw Xiaojun with Yifei…. i got angry that he stop me to get closer to his brother and he is enjoying himself… believe me i was just a kid at that time and was drunk too i got angry and follow them and then i stop the car in the middle to stop his car….. i don’t know what happen to me… when i saw Yifei in such vulnerable state and so i did that…. and i’m so sorry.”
He looks down in fear.
The lawyer than asked that major question. “How do you put the blame on Xiaojun and Zhan?”
Hepeng nervously looked at Cheng and Yibo and then said. “I knew the moment Yifei saw my face that I would be caught… i knew i cant be saved as Yifei will open her mouth so i kept her for days and i also keep drugging Xiaojun to keep him unconscious otherwise i knew he will try to save her and i will be doomed… so a plan was formed in my mind… i already made Yifei believe that Xiaojun was also involved so i kept Xiaojun in his car to make it look more real… after third day i stabbed Yifei so that her murder blame goes on Xiaojun… but when i saw Xiaojun was already gone as some people has taken him to the hospital… i got scared… so i run away but some how Xiaojun found me and he told me that he knew what i did with Yifei and he will tell the police… I knew I had to do something with him too so I sabotage his car brakes that made him killed on the spot…”
He continues, “As far as Zhan is concern i found that from club people Yifei brother was looking for 12 dec night event and was asking for Zhan roles in it… it just came in my mind to play along and put the whole blame on him and rest you know how i did it.”
Everyone in the court was extremely stunned and disgusted by this…..
Finally, the court has ordered to put Hepeng in the main jail and his punishment was the death penalty.
Yibo closes his eyes and sees his baby sister face finally in peace. he gets emotional and stands to face the guilt of his life…
But Yibo also know he will not get peace until he talks to Zhan and tells him how sorry he is.
When they get out of the courtroom.
Cheng phone ringed he received it “yes.”
Yibo saw Cheng expression was suddenly changed into worry.
“No I’m coming… just be with him try to relax him i’m on my way.” Cheng end the call and he runs.
But Yibo was also disturbed. “Cheng stop where you are going… is it, Zhan, he is ok?” Yibo asked in concern voice.
Cheng remove his hand. “Why the hell you care? You should be happy finally your sister murderer is behind the bar…. or you still think it is Zhan.”
Cheng looked him in disgust.
Yibo guilt was getting bigger day by day he said, “Cheng if you want to kill me than do it I will happily serve myself to you but please tell me he… Zhan is ok… I want to…”
But Cheng said in cold voice. “I don’t care what you want and no my brother is not ok… he is awake but he is crying like a mad men now… so leave my way and then I will deal with you.”
Cheng run outside… Yibo feel sweat in his brow… why he is crying… Yibo also run so did Haikuan…
When they get inside the hospital near Zhan’s room they can hear voices…
Yibo winced when he heard Zhan painful sobbing.
“Fei…. they kill her… Fei….. I don’t want to live…. just let me die.” Zhan was screaming bloodily.
Yibo’s feet were freeze he cant believe what he was hearing… why Zhan think Fei is dead.. Yibo shake his head… he doesn’t even like the idea of saying that….
Cheng goes inside n close the room.
Yibo can still hear loud voices where Cheng was trying to calm him… after five minutes there were no voices…. Cheng came out with angry expression…
“You son of a bitch….. how cruel your family can get more.” Cheng point a finger in Yibo and Haikuan.
They look confuse “what.”
Cheng cursed. “Fucker your mom apparently came to meet Zhan in jail few weeks ago telling him Fei is dead… she showed him some fake evidence that made him believe her and he try to kill himself…. now you got an hour to bring Fei then he will relax… fuck i came here to tell him the good news that he is free from prison.”
Cheng pinched his nose Yibo was hell shocked that how low his mom will get..he cursed loudly “fuck.”
Cheng then said in a serious voice “stop your drama like you don’t know. I want Fei right now here.”
Haikuan then replied. “Look I know you have no reason to believe us but it’s true we don’t know anything about it…”
Cheng shrugs “I don’t fucking care but bring Fei now.”
But Yibo was thinking something else. “No Fei won’t come here now… until i talk to Zhan myself.”
Cheng lost his anger and grab Yibo collars.
“You bastard how much you hate him? you still want to punished him…. if you don’t bring Fei now i sure as hell can go to court and ask for custody and you know what i will do that first thing tomorrow and also tell them how you abused Zhan for years in your marriage.”
Yibo looked at him and then remove his hands.
“If Zhan wants me behind the bar for what I did then I will happily surrender myself but now I need to talk to him…..(he sighs) and about custody thing then it will take a lot of time and Fei is my daughter i will fight for her too…. i’m not saying Fei will not come here… all im saying not today let me talk to Zhan please…. then i will bring Fei first thing in the morning and that my promise.”
Cheng was in no mood to listen but then Haoxuan said. “Cheng let him speak to him… you also stay there but let him talk so that Fei can come here.”
Cheng think a little then he pinched his eyebrow “oh god… (then he look at Yibo) you have 10 minutes and the door will be open if you disturb him or if he panic than i will beat the shit out of you.”
Yibo nodes.
When Yibo enter the room, he saw Zhan was aimlessly looking at the window and he look so weak for his liking… then he walks slowly he doesn’t want to scare him.
But the thing was he was more scared himself and the guilt he has inside was also not helping him… it was making him worse.
He felt the tears behind his eyes… he still can’t shake the feeling that he hurt him so much for something he never did.
He sits down on one of the chairs and said. “Zhan.”
Zhan does not reply as he was lost in his thoughts but then Yibo said again but also touching his hand. “Zhan.”
Zhan whole body tense and he slowly turn his head and his eyes were scared so much scared that made Yibo look down in shame.

He feels so lost…. he can see the blue sky but he is still not calm… Cheng said Fei is alright nothing happens to her but as long as he didn’t see Fei from his naked eyes he wont believe him… but if Cheng is not right..
He feel the sudden fear of losing that hope Cheng evoke in him…. he feel the tears in his eyes and shakes his head… he will be ok…. Cheng said to him he will bring her.
But then he heard someone said his name and touch his hand… which was way too familiar touch and voice…
Then it clicks to him he nervously looked and saw it was Yibo.. he become tense….. oh god what I did…. he will hurt me…. he will not let Fei come to meet me…..
He shakes his head… and his whole body tremble in fear…
Yibo look disturb and his eyes look so guilty… “Zhan please calm down i will not hurt you i promise.”
Zhan winced, did I said that aloud?
Zhan tears were falling but Yibo gently wiped them. “I’m sorry baby so sorry… because of me you have gone through so much.”
Zhan can’t understand what Yibo is saying… does he telling him something about Fei?
He gasp in fear “Fei.”
Yibo look confused then he said. “she is perfectly alright… she is in the house with dad… nothing happens to her…(Yibo took out his phone) look here is her pictures and the are recent ones.”
Zhan felt his heart beat a little when he saw the most beautiful child…. he put his hand on his mouth. “she is so big and her hair so long.”
Yibo gives him a smile “yeah she looks so much like you too.”
Zhan take a breath in relief “oh god…. i want to see her.”
Yibo nodes “not right now Zhan.. i will..”
But Zhan broke down “i’m so sorry that you hate me but please let me see her……i don’t know when i will see her again after they will take me to prison but please let me see her i want to check that Carmen was speaking truth or not.”
Yibo close his eyes and a tear drop fall down.
“Zhan I promise to you i will bring Fei to here but don’t you think if i bring her now she will get disturb and confused let me explain her tonight and then I swear I will bring her in the morning… and no you are not going back to prison ever… its proven that you are innocent… it was Hepeng who did it.”
Zhan eyes were bulging out.. he couldn’t believe what he was saying.. I’m free… he felt another fits of crying.
Yibo looked disturb too. “Shh, shhh just relax, nothing to worry about… Zhan (Yibo was also crying) i’m so so so sorry… i know its not enough but believe me i’m so much… please forgive me…. please im begging you…. you have no idea everyday ever fucking day when you have gone.. I miss you so bad… so fucking bad that im became lost but now knowing the truth about your innocence it kills me.. it totally kills me that what i did to you.”
Zhan can bear this all… finally the truth is out… finally he is free… but why he is not happy? Maybe Yibo and his family has taken everything from him… that he can’t even feel any joy on this…
Zhan also cry badly and Yibo keep on saying sorry.
Then Zhan cries get louder… “for years, for years i was in so much pain in that house. So much hurt and you never believe me.. never….”
Yibo flinched “I’m so sorry Zhan you can hurt me…. you can tell the police what I did but please forgive me I can’t live in such guilt it’s killing me…”
Yibo hold Zhan hand in praying position. Sorry were the words coming from his mouth.
Then he saw Cheng standing and yelling. “Get out from here….i told you if you made him uncomfortable than you can go the fuck from here.. leave him now!”
Yibo hesitates to leave Zhan hand but Zhan was still crying…
When Yibo was gone… Zhan cry on Cheng shoulder.
“Cheng… i’m free…. I… I’m… not going back to prison.”
Cheng also get emotional. “Yes Zhan you are not… i told you i will find the culprit and let you out of this prison.”
Zhan held him and tears fell down one by one.
