Xiao Zhan
Zhan was wearing a orange jumpsuit, it is called a prison uniform.
He was apparently in some white room, his hands were cuffed and he looked up and saw the camera’s in all four corners, saying this room gives him creep was another thing.
It was suffocating as he tries to calm himself, he has to be sane now and calm his inner war..
His lawyer will be at any minute but he is not hopeful anything will help.
It’s more than a week and he still doesn’t knew what will happen.
On the first day of his arrest, the detectives asked him questions regarding 12 dec night and Yifei.
He answered them the same things that he had told Yibo but the detectives were not satisfied as they were to make him accept a crime he never commits…

Next day Cheng came with the assurance that he will fight for his brother, but Zhan knows Yibo and Haikuan will use every tactic to punish him.
Cheng has arranged a lawyer for him Jiyang who was engaged to Haoxuan, Xiaojun friend, with whom Zhan left on the night of 12 dec.
And now he was waiting for him… he flinched when he heard the beep sound.. the door open and Jiyang came wearing a very professional look.
He smiled gently at him and said. “How are you, Zhan.”
Zhan just shrugs. “I don’t know.”
Jiyang hold his hand and said. “I knew it’s very difficult time for you but you have to be strong.”
Zhan felt the tears and he said firmly. “I’m in this jail for more than a week, no one tells me what will happen to me… I can’t see my daughter… you knew she is just turned 1 and she is so attached to me and moreover, I have been forced to commit to something I never did.”
Jiyang replied. “I can understand but Zhan you have to understand too…. they have the biggest proof that can put you in jail for good… I’m just looking at the chances that how I can save you or at least short your time in jail.”
Zhan was stunned. “You don’t trust me. I told you everything… like from A to Z…. I’m innocent… even you can ask Cheng and your fiance Haoxuan.”
Jiyang shakes his head.
“Zhan I trust you, I never took the case if I don’t believe you… and after hearing from Haoxuan and Cheng and meeting you I can see you were trapped, first the video has to be checked if it is edited or fabricated in any way then if its not then your reasoning and Haoxuan statement will be used and if all this don’t work out then we have to use other tactics…(Jiyang then pause and smiled) actually, I think we should use this thing right now!”
Zhan was confused and he raised his eyes. “I don’t understand.”
Jiyang put down his pen.
“Your abuse what you and Cheng have told me… you were the victim of domestic violence there…. if we raised this point then I’m positive all thing will shift towards Yibo and Wang family and huge possibility that judge might lessen your time punishment or with some more witness you will be proven innocent!”
Zhan closed his eyes.. this topic is always a sore one for him… it still hurt like hell when he talks on this… like he is going through this again.
“I don’t know I can keep myself compose to discuss this topic again and secondly they won’t believe me well the police didn’t even after seeing me and scars on my back they put a blind eye.”
Jiyang held his hands and said gently.
“Zhan you do know they are involved, Wangs are super influential. I won’t give you fake assurance but I can believe in God he will help us… when I will get the order from court about the physical examination then no one have the power to prove that report wrong… secondly you have told me there was a doctor who checked you may be she can tell us something.”
Zhan smiled mockingly. “You can try but she was also paid.”
Jiyang look at the watch. “At least we can try… my time is over but I will update you time to time.”
Zhan nodes and then he remembers.
“Jiyang… plz it’s my deepest request, can you find a way that I can see my daughter. I’m dying to see her.”
Jiyang looks worried. “I can see what I can do.”

Wang Yibo
What the Fuck! Yibo slammed the phone and cursed loudly.
Haikuan raised on eyebrow. “Whats wrong now.”
Yibo cursed again. “Whats wrong we are fucked doctor Linda called she told me Zhan lawyer was asking questions from her about his scars and other domestic violence shit.”
Haikuan drop the file he was helding. “Fuck… what the hell that young lawyer want and shit Yibo we should also think about it too… obviously they would have us this thing against us.”
Yibo yelled. “I don’t fucking care if they put me behind the bar. I’m ok because deep down I know I did a crime… but I don’t want Yifei case should be ignored like this… everyone focus will be moved towards that bitch.”
Haikuan start moving here there and said. “Yibo… then what should we do.”
Yibo was quite for a moment. “I know what should be done.”

Xiao Zhan
The warden told him someone has come to meet him… he think it might be Cheng or Haoxuan or maybe Jiyang.
Zhan was walking and he was sent to empty visiting room… he saw he was alone here as no other inmates family were here…
He was confused then why he was allowed to meet his visitor if today was not a visiting hours.
Zhan was told to sit an isolated table and he waited…… he doesn’t know why his heartbeat was beating fast…
He closes his eyes and feel his Fei was closer to him
He felt someone was on his back… he was afraid to turn back.
Yibo came into his vision and he smoothly said “Hello darling how are you!”
Zhan breath was stuck… he can’t blink… he can’t even say a word.
Then he saw Yibo put a baby swinging traveler chair and there he saw his life… his Fei and she was sleeping so peacefully and calmly.
Zhan put a hand on his mouth and tears was falling ‘Fei’ he whispers.
Yibo wipe his tears and Zhan flinched, he cruelly smiled.
“I thought you were missing her, well she was for damn sure… she was crying for whole two weeks… asking for her mama… so I brought her here today even she was sleeping but still I thought to give you a pleasant surprise.”
Zhan winced when he knows his Aus was crying for two weeks….. he jumped to picked her but Yibo stop him and said.
“tsk tsk.. not now darling… if I’m doing something for you then you should also do something.”
Zhan glared at him in anger. “How much cruel you can be, you have ruined my life and now you are using this innocent child.”
Yibo smiled in sadistic manner.
“tick for tac but I’m here to make a deal, well not that you will get out but at least you can see your daughter whenever I want.”
Zhan holds his breath. “What do you mean… you will never make me see her?”
Yibo clean his shirt.
“That was the plan in the start… but since you are getting little adventures too much for my liking… so I decided this but you have to stop your lawyer about the physical examination report stuff. I’m serious Zhan if you said anything about me or my family in any manner then i will make sure you cant see Fei even in your last breathing days but I will also make sure to brainwash your daughter mind that her mother was a murderer.”
Zhan can’t breath… he can’t believe Yibo was saying this… oh god how cruel he can be… how I can ever fall in love with him.
Zhan wept. “I can’t believe you. I just can’t…. you are a cruel bastard.. a sadist.”
Yibo shrugs. “I can be more than that but Zhan it’s the best deal you have got… just confess the crime and save all of us from this mess.”
Zhan said in anger. “I will not confess for something I never did.”
Yibo also glared him in anger. “Well it doesn’t even fucking matter because all the proof and evidence are against you but worry about your daughter and don’t spill something against me and my family that’s good for you.”
Zhan cries and shakes his head… he knows he is playing with a losing battle…he looked to him and plead him.
“Do you really think I did that, I have been living in one personal hell for 3 years and still, I never said something that indicates I was involved then why should I say now Yibo believe me, I’m innocent.”
Yibo’s eyes move away. “Zhan make a choice now.” his voice was now little broken.
Zhan looks down and thought about what to do in his impossible situation, he picked his head and wanter to screamed so badly.
He tiredly replied. “you know in any situation I will lose in front of you so I also back out…”
Yibo looks like he is himself in personal hell but he then said. “You have five minutes then I’m going.”
Zhan does not wait for any longer and picked his sleeping daughter very gently and kissed her and said lovely words to her… he don’t want these five minutes to be over.
When the guard came to take him… he plead Yibo. “Please don’t hurt her because of me.. please take care of her..”

Wang Yibo
He was in the car and was rubbing his jaw with a thumb he is more confused and disturbed after he met Zhan…. Fuck his inner feeling tell him something else but he can’t acknowledge it.
He saw Fei was still sleeping and was placed in kid safety seat of the car… he felt so much emotion for this child, that makes him want to cry and he don’t know why he has taken everything from Fei first the father love… his family support and now her mother, she is all alone.
But still Zhan last words are ringing inside his ears. “Please don’t hurt her because of me.. plz take care of her…”
He did not say anything at that particular moment but he made a silent pact inside him.. he will one day let Fei and Zhan move on… but after Zhan has gone through his punishment.
“Hey, did you miss me…😄 The worst day of my life is when I feel like I’m tired.”😴
